Abstract
Le bilinguisme canadien, tel que plusieurs l’ont rêvé, est en train de mourir. Hors du Québec, de certaines parties de l’Ontario et de l’Acadie, la connaissance du français n’est simplement plus utile au quotidien. Et même dans les endroits du ROC où on le parle encore, le français fond à vue d’œil. Comme nous l’avons vu dans l’article précédent, le Canada hors-Québec est tranquillement en train d’abandonner le bilinguisme.
