Abstract
À travers l’immersion réflexive dans une expérience de terrain au sein de la coopérative agricole Les Hautes Herbes, et une mise à distance analytique et critique de cette pratique, ce mémoire souhaite participer à la définition de critères tant écosystémiques que socio-économiques d’une ferme résiliente, qui pourrait s’inscrire dans une société post-capitaliste. En construisant une matrice analytique agrosociométabolique, nous amorçons une modélisation des différents régimes agroécologiques et notamment de celui de l’agriculture alternative actuelle.
