Abstract
Saskatchewan will be changing its constituency borders before the next election. The Saskatchewan Provincial Boundaries Commission reviews will be hosting a number of public hearings around the province to receive feedback on its proposed boundaries. This year, the federal redistribution of electoral districts will be taking place at the same time. Dr. Gordon Barnhart, former clerk of the Saskatchewan Legislature is one of the only individuals that has served on both provincial and federal commissions and joins us with more.
