Abstract
De ambitie van PACT is om met basisonderwijs, kinderopvang en jeugdhulp samen te werken aan sterke pedagogische basisvoorziening voor jonge kinderen. Verschillen tussen kinderen is het uitgangspunt en inclusie de uitdaging: elk kind telt mee, mag mee doen en leert. Volgens ons impliceert dit dat steun aan ouders en kinderen in de basisvoorzieningen aanwezig moet zijn, wat iets anders is dan passend onderwijs. Het impliceert ook dat de jeugdhulpprofessional support biedt aan de pedagogische professionals en onderdeel van het team is. Dat vraagt een andere invulling en positionering van jeugdhulp zoals we die tot nu toe kennen.\nEen belangrijk resultaat dat PACT wil opleveren is een beschrijving van een competentieprofiel van wat we de Inclusiepedagoog hebben genoemd (naar aanleiding van het model uit Denemarken). PACT-proeftuinen doen in verschillende contexten ervaringen op met een inclusiepedagoog in de basisvoorziening.
