Abstract
This report details the work-in-progress of the Globalization of Personal Data project, funded by the SSHRC INE1 program and based at \nQueen’s University. The project investigates \nsome of the many ways that personal data flow \nacross borders, with special reference to \nincreased security concerns after 9/11, and with a view to highlighting and explaining the social, political and economic consequences of those flows.
