Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A munka célja volt egyrészt két új cigája nyájnak a hagyományos biokémiai polimorfizmusok alapján való értékelése, másrészt DNS-polimorfizmus (nyolc mikroszatellita) vizsgálatok megkezdése (2002-től). A nyájaknak a teljes vizsgálati állomány allélszámánál kisebb allélszámai nyájspecifi kus mikroszatellita alléleket jelentenek. A teljes állomány átlagos mikroszatellit allélszáma 20,25, hatékony allélszáma 7,42, Shannon indexe 2,29. A biokémiai rendszerek alapján genetikai egyensúlyban talált nyájak a DNS polimorfi zmusok szerint nincsenek egyensúlyi helyzetben (az OarFCB11 mikroszatellit kivételével). A hazai őshonos cigáják hegyi és alföldi változatait képviselő nyájak Nei-féle genetikai azonossága alacsony (0,6570); tehát e tájfajták e tekintetben is különböznek genetikailag egymástól. A várt heterozigozitásban a nyájak külön-külön is (a kardoskúti és a ceglédi nyáj kivételével), de főként együtt elérték a 0,75 feletti kívánatos értéket, tehát, a hazai cigája nyájakban általában nem kell tartani beltenyésztéses leromlástól. A ceglédi tejelő cigája a genetikai polimorfizmus vizsgálatok szerint is egyértelműen elkülönül az őshonos cigájától.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
