Herakles ry – Harrastamisen Suomen malli Helsingissä haku palveluntuottajaksi 2024–2025

Abstract
Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa Harrastamisen Suomen mallin vaatimusten mukainen ja kriteerit täyttävä suunnitelma ja materiaali harrastustoiminnan järjestämiseksi Helsingissä toimivalle painonnostoseura Heraklesille. Opinnäytetyö sisältää suunnitelman ja konkreettiset toimenpiteet, kuinka Helsingin koulujen yläkouluikäisten harrasteryhmä toteutettaisiin seuran harrastustiloissa Helsingissä Ruskeasuon urheiluhallin voimailusalissa, jos seura tulisi valituksi harrastustoiminnan toimittajaksi kaudelle 2024–2025. Opinnäytetyö käsittelee Harrastamisen Suomen mallia ja siihen liittyvälle harrastetoiminnalle asetettuja toiminnan kriteereitä sekä miten mallin mukainen harrastustoiminta toteutetaan urheiluseurassa. Koska Herakles on painonnostoseura, opinnäytetyössä kerrotaan myös painonnostosta lajina sekä voimaharjoittelusta sekä peilataan painonnoston ja voimaharjoittelun hyötyjä nuorten liikkumissuosituksiin. Herakles halusi tarjota Harrastamisen Suomen mallin avulla Helsingin alueen yläkouluikäisille nuorille mahdollisuuden painonnoston ja voimaharjoittelun harrastamiseen ammattitaitoisten aikuisten ohjauksessa. Seuran tavoitteena oli tulevaisuudessa saada lisää nuoria jäsenikseen painonnoston aktiiviharrastajiksi tarjoamalla tällaista matalan kynnyksen harrastustoimintaa. Opinnäytetyön tekijä toimii itse seuran hallituksessa sekä seuran jäsenvastaavana. Seuratoimijana hän haluaa kehittää seuraa ja kasvattaa seuran tunnettuutta. Tämä opinnäytetyöprojekti mahdollisti seuran hakuprosessin Harrastamisen Suomen mallin palveluntarjoajaksi.
