Abstract
Під час виконання випускної роботи проаналізовано теоретичну базу і практичний досвід використання програмних засобів для створення веб- ресурсів, а також досліджено питання, які зумовили постановку задачі випускної роботи, а саме: проблеми електронного урядування в процесі становлення інформаційного суспільства, місце веб-сайту в системі електронного урядування, актуальність створення інформаційного веб-сайту Сумського районного відділу поліції. Методи дослідження - В роботі застосовувались технології проектування інформаційних веб-ресурсів з використанням HTML/CSS, PHP, системи управління базами даних MySQL в середовищі Eclipse PHP. Результатом роботи є створення інформаційного веб-сайту Сумського районного відділу поліції, функціонування якого сприятиме вирішенню ряду питань, пов’язаних із практичною реалізацією запровадження електронного урядування на шляху до інформаційного суспільства. Так, суспільна користь проведеної роботи полягає у спрощенні доступу до інформації районного рівня, забезпеченні широкого доступу населення до державних послуг шляхом надання прямих он-лайн запитів до підрозділу поліції, що прискорить отримання більш якісних поліцейських послуг дистанційно без необхідності витрачати кошти і час для візиту у відділення поліції для його оформлення і отримання відповіді, ін. Розроблений веб-ресурс має зручний і простий для користувача функціонал та задовольняє всім вимогам, які ставилися на етапі постановки завдання.
