Abstract
Le rôle premier de tout répartiteur est de livrer chaque pharmacien qui en fait la demande, d'où l'importance de disposer d'une collection de produits en stock pouvant répondre aux besoins divers et variés. Comment se constitue ce chaînon incontournable de la répartition et comment évolue-t-il? Cela est abordé dans cette étude par un cas pratique, celui de l'établissement de l'OCP Rouen - Le Havre, un an après la réunion des deux établissements existants précédemment. Quelle est la satisfaction de la clientèle vis-à-vis de la collection et de l'information communiquée sur celle-ci sont des questions qui se révèlent nécessaires pour faire le point un an après la fusion. Finalement les améliorations à apporter pour augementer une qualité de service seront envisagées.
