Abstract

The CIDA project is to contribute to the development and implementation of engendered economic and social policies, in accordance with the integrated gender approach of CIDA’s gender equality policy. The project being implemented over eighteen-(18) month period with a budget of $345,300. The project aims at strengthening ACGD’s capacity so that it can play a more strategic role in economic and social policy analysis and advocacy, information/communications, and in the promotion and monitoring of the implementation of the Beijing and African Regional Platforms for Action.
