Abstract
Les crises économiques, ayant endommagé les économies des pays dits « émergents », elles leur ont tout de même, servi de leçons pour assainir leurs finances publiques. Ainsi, des pays comme l’Indonésie, la Russie, la Turquie ou encore le Brésil qui ont subi, auparavant les conséquences des crises des années 1990 et 2000, ont pu sortir de la zone dangereuse en matières de finances publiques et sont désormais appelés à secourir les pays de l’OCDE. La situation actuelle révèle un certain nombre de problématiques et suscite de nombreuses questions concernant l’impact de l’endettement public sur la croissance économique et la stabilité financière.
