Abstract
This work was performed in order to determine the impact of the implementation of the new \nTerrapuerto Trujillo in the service of interprovincial transport of passengers in the city of \nTrujillo 2015, under which the city of Trujillo, a considerable number transport companies \nlocated in different parts of the city, which for many years has generated a vehicular congestion, \npoor service, informal enterprises, lack of hygiene, insecurity, infrastructure, etc. specific \nobjectives to help us analyze and evaluate the current customer service offered was drawn up \nTerrapuerto Trujillo, then determine the perception of users regarding the new Terrapuerto \nTrujillo with a population of 720,000 users in the first quarter and finally design a breeding \nprogram in interprovincial passenger service. \n \nThe methodology used for data analysis consisted in the development of surveys and \nquestionnaires applied to a sample of 384 users to determine the perception of users and how it \nhas affected the population. \n \nThe results of this research have established that the launch of the new Terrapuerto Trujillo has \nimpacted positively on the service of interprovincial passenger transport in the city of Trujillo.
