Abstract
Esta investigación indaga sobre los avances que ha tenido el proyecto de Unasur en el ámbito de la salud, en un contexto que le ha sido favorable por la relativa autonomía que tuvo la región a finales de la década del nuevo milenio. Así los proyectos de integración ampliaron su lista de prioridades y le quitaron el papel protagónico a la economía. Ahora temas como: salud, educación, desarrollo sostenible, entre otros, son parte de la agenda regional.
