Abstract
Nombreux sont les chercheurs qui se sont intéressés aux innovations organisationnelles et à l'efficacité des entreprises. Les validations empiriques restent cependant moins nombreuses. \n \nUne littérature abondante concernant les innovations organisationnelles a été rédigée. Ce développement organisationnel suscite un intérêt grandissant puisque sa mise en pratique implique une métamorphose sociale et économique de l'environnement organisationnel. \n \nDans un premier temps, la présente étude propose une synthèse des diverses innovations organisationnelles dans le but de mieux cerner leurs fondements théoriques et empiriques. L'objectif de l'ouvrage consiste à mesurer l'impact des innovations organisationnelles sur l'efficacité économique et sociale des entreprises. Cette étude a été réalisée auprès de 5 entreprises de la région de Saguenay lac Saint-Jean. Elle s'inscrit dans une préoccupation fondamentale des entreprises à la recherche de la performance, mettant en relief les répercussions des innovations organisationnelles sur l'efficacité des organisations. \n
