Abstract
Les critiques à l'encontre du positivisme se fondant sur son supposé caractère politique ne manquent pas, quand bien même le positivisme se prétend neutre du point de vue politique. En défense, on peut dire que cette prétention à la neutralité est gage de son efficacité comme élément de déconstruction du caractère idéologique du droit. Le positivisme permet d'envisager une théorie des ressources pratiques du droit.
