Ce document présente en quatre sections distinctes une approche globale de réglage secondaire coordonnée de tension (RSCT). En premier lieu, le réseau est divisé en zone de réglage de tension (ZRT) possédant peu d’interaction entre-elles. La division de réseau en ZRT est faite en utilisant une méthode proposée dans la littérature par optimisation d’une fonction objectif (Blumsack et al. (2009)) et à l’aide d’une mesure de distance électrique (DE) calculée par l’entropie conditionnelle. Dans la perspective d’améliorer l’analyse des ZRT obtenues, un nouvel indice est proposé pour mesurer les interactions entre les ZRT soit la DE entre les zones. En deuxième lieu, des noeuds pilotes sont obtenus dans chacune des zones selon leur capacité à bien représenter le profil de tension de la zone et à être contrôlés par les unités de compensation en présence. À partir des mesures de DE, un algorithme de classification PAM, ou CWN-PAM, sélectionne les pilotes selon ces critères. En troisième lieu, le présent document modifie la méthode de RSCT proposée par EDF dans Lefebvre et al. (2000), afin d’ajouter des unités de compensation discrètes dans l’algorithme de contrôle. Les résultats sont présentés sur les réseaux IEEE 39 barres et IEEE 118 barres démontrant l’efficacité de cette approche. Finalement, l’approche globale de RSCT est implantée au réseau de transport d’Hydro-Québec afin de valider son application à de grands réseaux électriques.
