Abstract
Dalam era industri kreatif musik, artikel ini membahas isu-isu etika dan hak cipta, menyoroti peran etnomusikologi dalam pelestarian dan pengembangan warisan musik global. Melalui studi kasus di masyarakat Inuit, Amazon, dan Jepang, penelitian ini mengilustrasikan dampak positif etnomusikologi terhadap pelestarian budaya dan ekonomi lokal. Analisis komparatif menunjukkan integrasi etnomusikologi dalam pendidikan musik tradisional di Tibet. Artikel ini merinci praktik terbaik dan kebijakan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan inklusi, diversitas, hak cipta yang adil, dan pelestarian nilai budaya.
