Abstract
Об’єктом дослідження дипломної роботи є числове моделювання робочих характеристик фотоперетворювачів, виконаних на базі напівпровідникових плівок CIGS. Мета роботи полягає у дослідженні оптичних та електричних властивостей сонячної батареї завдяки побудові ефективної моделі робочих характеристик фотоперетворювачів, виконаних на базі напівпровідникових плівок оксиду цинку. При виконанні роботи використовувалася програма SCAPS-1D для моделювання тонкоплівкових сонячних батарей з гетеропереходами CIGS / ZnO. У результаті проведених досліджень було встановлено, що максимальна ефективність СЕ на основі ГП n-CIGS/p-ZnO з оптимальною конструкцією (товщина поглинального шару dCIGS = 0,5 мкм, товщина віконного шару dZnO = 0,1 мкм, Т = 340 К) може досягати значень 13,71 %.
