Abstract
Nghiên cứu các yếu tố gây khó khăn trong học tập của học sinh, sinh viên (HSSV) năm nhất tại Trường Cao đẳng Cộng đồng Sóc Trăng được thực hiện nhằm tìm hiểu các yếu tố gây khó khăn trong học tập của HSSV năm nhất đang học tập tại Trường. Số liệu được thu thập từ 219 HSSV năm nhất sau năm học 2012 ? 2013. Các phương pháp phân tích được sử dụng là thống kê mô tả, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA), kiểm định Cronbach?s alpha và phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Kết quả phân tích cho thấy, có 4 nhân tố (được nhóm từ 15 yếu tố) gây khó khăn trong học tập của HSSV năm nhất là: nhân tố thuộc về cán bộ, giảng viên bao gồm 7 yếu tố; nhân tố cơ sở vật chất bao gồm 4 yếu tố; nhân tố khoảng cách, nơi ở bao gồm 2 yếu tố và nhân tố thuộc về bản thân HSSV bao gồm 2 yếu tố. Trong đó, nhân tố cơ sở vật chất là nhân tố gây khó khăn nhiều nhất trong học tập của HSSV năm nhất, kế đến là nhân tố thuộc về cán bộ, giảng viên; nhân tố thuộc về bản thân HSSV và nhân tố khoảng cách, nơi ở.
