Abstract
The "Norionic" was launched in 1913 at Port Arthur, Ontario. She was built by the Western Dry Dock and Shipbuilding Company for the Northern Navigation Company, an operating division of Canada Steamship Lines, She carried both passengers and freight on the Great Lakes. She had five decks and was of 6,095 gross tons. She could carry 600 passengers and 200 crew. She was nicknamed the "Queen of the Great Lakes." While docked overnight in Toronto, a fire occurred on board on September 17, 1949, at 1:30 a.m. Crew members smashed portholes and doors to drag some passengers out of their cabins and get them overboard. Some jumped into the frigid waters from the deck. Rescue ladders collapsed under the weight of panicked passengers. Others were trapped in their cabins, dying of burns or smoke inhalation.\nMoments before the whistle sounded, the pier’s night watchman noticed the flames coming from the ship and called the Toronto Fire Department. Ambulances and police were also dispatched. The first fire truck arrived at the pier at 2:41 a.m. This photograph shows the Toronto Fire Department fighting the fully-engulfed vessel. Eventually, eighteen fire engines and fire boats rushed to the dock.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
