Abstract
Todo proceso de urbanización y creación de nuevos espacios verdes urbanos debe acompañarse con el trabajo de un equipo multidisciplinario que sea capaz de motivar e incentivar la transformación conceptual del paisaje como elemento técnico de planeamiento y como representación colectiva. El proyecto del diseño paisajístico del Polo Cultural y Anfiteatro de Colón se trabajó sobre la línea rectora en recuperar un espacio verde desaprovechado hasta ese momento en la ciudad de Colón, mediante la creación de esta propuesta arquitectónica de la Secretaría de Obras Públicas y bajo la dirección técnica del Arq. Francisco Pino, se logra repensar el tejido urbano apostando a reconstruir esa vocación propia de la ciudad, con un fuerte sesgo de pertenencia por los espacios verdes, plazas y parques.
