1-PRÉAMBULE :Le Collège Lionel-Groulx reconnaît l'importance d'accorder une attention particulière à ses étudiants et aux membres de son personnel en exprimant sa volonté de se doter d'un milieu qui favorise ses valeurs ainsi que la dignité et les droits de chacun.Il considère que son milieu de vie doit être empreint de civilité et exempt de toute forme de comportements répréhensibles et inacceptables en société.Cette politique remplace « La politique contre le harcèlement sexuel » et « La politique contre la violence, le harcèlement psychologique et l'abus de pouvoir ». 2-CADRE LÉGAL : 2.1Charte québécoise des droits et liberté de la personne, 2.2Charte canadienne des droits et libertés, 2.3Code civil du Québec, 2.4Conventions collectives et règlements établissant les conditions de travail du personnel du Collège, 2.5Loi sur les normes du travail, 2.6Loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail, 2.7Loi sur les accidents de travail et les maladies professionnelles, 2.8Loi sur les archives, 2.9Loi sur l'accès aux documents des organismes publics et sur la protection des renseignements personnels.
