ABSTRACT \nAlthough there is a slight growth of construction GDP in the country in the first quarter of 2018, it should be considered that the country is not in the construction boom of past periods, there is an economic slowdown, therefore it forces companies Construction and Real Estate to be more competitive, with the need to increase productivity in their construction processes that result in economic savings, reducing time and innovating to generate lower environmental impact. \nThis research contributes to the competitiveness of companies, with the aim of developing a proposal for improvement in the process of construction of retaining walls using earth armed with geotextile applied in the stabilization of slopes in the case of the Project of Buildings on the Beach “Playa La Encontrada”, Cañete, Lima, which saves time, costs and environmental impact in the projects. For the development of the research a methodology proposal of constructive processes of the use of earth armed with geotextile for the stabilization of slopes is made. \nThe slope is diagnosed to stabilize determining the critical zone, geotextile design and compared with traditional retaining walls of concrete wall, determining the advantages, with theoretical underpinnings of national and international investigations, technical reports of the geotextile supplier the company Mexichen Peru Integral Solutions and reports and data obtained in the execution of the project. \nThe results obtained in the investigations determine that the use of earth armed with geotextile, generates a reduction of costs of 20%, increase of productivity and term of 30% and lower environmental impact, due to the geotextile materials have lower carbon footprints than the use of reinforced concrete and that allow the construction of ecological walls. \nThe present investigation will serve other professionals to continue investigating improvements in soil stability with retaining walls, using other materials and techniques, not exclusive in beach house buildings, but as road and foundations projects.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
