La Canada High School has released video and picture of player with the heat rub cream all over his face Rubbing IcyHot into another player's face is the latest instance of strange high school football fights caught on camera. CBS Los Angeles reports during a September 4th game between La Canada High School and Salesian High School, a Salesian player looks like he reaches under the face mask of La Canada player Angel Salazar and rubs the IcyHot on Salzar's face. La Canada's principal says Salazar came to the sidelines covered in the heat rub cream and a trainer quickly doused him with water to get the cream out of his eyes. He then had to leave the game to go to a doctor, though he was able to play again the following week. La Canada has posted the video and a picture of Salazar with the cream on his face in hopes this doesn't happen to other players. But its just one example of high school football violence to attract attention this month. Two players in Texas deliberately attacked a referee during a game, later claiming they were following their coach's orders.
