Abstract
La carretera C-53 que comunica las poblaciones de Tàrrega y Balaguer en Lleida discurre por el interior de numerosos núcleos urbanos, entre ellos el de Bellcaire d'Urgell. Debido al elevado número de vehículos pesados y a las buenas condiciones de la carretera que permiten altas velocidades el trazado actual de la C-53 por el interior de Bellcaire d'Urgell constituye un serio peligro tanto para conductores como para peatones. Este proyecto trata de solventar este problema a través de una variante a la carretera C-53 a su paso por Bellcaire d'Urgell.
