Abstract
L'éthique comme espace de réflexion et de vigilance face aux défis de l'intervention est au coeur de l'agir et de la posture professionnels. La délibération éthique qui met en perspective les normes, les valeurs, les enjeux organisationnels, gestionnaires, voire politiques, d'une situation permet de vivifier la pensée et l'action et contribue à la construction de positionnements professionnels porteurs de sens. Cet article propose une réflexion sur les enjeux de la formation à l'éthique en contextes québécois et suisse et à partir de la mise en place d'un comité local du travail social et du développement social dans la région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
