Abstract
Dans cet article, la question de la formation à l’inclusion et à la diversité est abordée sous l’angle des premières expériences vécues en stage dans un programme de maitrise qualifiante en éducation préscolaire et enseignement primaire (MÉPEP). L’article découle d’un projet de recherche mené en 2023-2024 visant à favoriser la conscientisation des futures personnes enseignantes aux enjeux de la diversité et à la réalité du contexte scolaire multiculturel québécois.
