Abstract
Dépression, épuisement professionnel, violence, suicide... Il semble que notre monde s'essouffle. Pourtant, nous observons dans tout le Québec une résurgence de la quête spirituelle, mais en même temps, cette quête spirituelle semble ne plus vouloir s'attacher à ses racines judéo-chrétiennes: voilà les observations qui nous ont poussés à entreprendre ce mémoire de maîtrise en théologie. Qui suis-je? Une question qui traverse, tôt ou tard, tout être humain. Mais qu'est-ce qui, en l'être humain, est à l'origine de cette disposition à la quête de sens? Un retour aux catégories anthropologiques bâsâr, nèphésh et rûa h[barbelow] , proposées à l'intérieur de la Bible hébraïque, nous mettra sur une piste capable de parler de notre propension à la quête de sens, au spirituel. Nous avons choisi, ici, de nous inspirer des conceptions homme/femme (anthropologie) et Dieu (théologie), découvertes dans le Psautier, afin de mettre en lumière une spiritualité pour un monde à bout de souffle!
