Abstract
Le présent ouvrage est le fruit d’une collaboration entre plusieurs instituts universitaires genevois qui ont réuni en 2005 plusieurs de leurs doctorants dans le cadre d’un séminaire doctoral commun sur le thème de la prévention, de la gestion et de la sortie des conflits. Les thèmes discutés sont la gestion de crise et l'Union Européenne, la culture stratégique de l’UE dans le domaine de la sortie des crises et des conflits, et l’action des forces navales européennes pour la prévention des crises en période post-guerre froide.
