Abstract
L'objectif du projet est l'implmentation d'un capteur d'hydrogne dans un rseau de capteurs passifs sans fil oprant dans la bande ISM (industriel, scientifique et mdical) 902 -928 MHz.Le capteur d'hydrogne propos est de type MS (mtal oxyde-silicium).Le systme propos inclut une antenne pour transmettre les mesures effectues au lecteur.Le rseau sans fil est ralis en exploitant les dimensions des capteurs.Chaque capteur prsente une capacit diffrente des autres capacits MS en fonction de l'aire de la couche sensible expose au gaz, ce qui fait en sorte que chaque tiquette rsonnera une frquence diffrente.Les diffrentes tapes de fabrication et d'optimisation de l'tiquette sans fil sont dcrites dans les diffrentes sections de ce mmoire.Avant-propos Le travail prsent dans ce mmoire a t effectu au Laboratoire de micro systmes et tlcommunications (LMST), au sein du Dpartement du gnie lectrique et gnie informatique dans l'Universit du Qubec Trois-Rivires.Je tiens tout d'abord remercier Monsieur Frderic Domingue, pour m'avoir accueilli dans le laboratoire.Merci pour vos conseils prcieux, votre soutien, votre disponibilit et surtout toute la confiance que vous avez su m'accorder.Je tiens remercier galement mon codirecteur, Monsieur Adel Omar Dahmane, notamment pour son soutien et son appui permanent, pour ses conseils directifs afin que je puisse russir mon cheminement pour l'obtention du diplme de maitrise.Je tiens remercie mes collgues de recherche, pour leurs aides, pour l'esprit d'quipe qui rgne l' LMST.
