Abstract
The typical K-12 school day ranges from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Many parents have work obligations that begin earlier than the start of school and end later than the end of school. Before and after school programs are key to allowing working parents to send their children to their school of choice without compromising their employment. This presentation will focus on the design, development, and implementation of a before and after school program for Greaves Adventist Academy, a K-11 private English School located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The information presented will be beneficial for other small schools across North America.
