Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Preserving the health of workers is an urgent task of modern times. Currently, such a task in the USA and Canada is included in their development strategies. The state of solving this task shows that the working conditions of railway transport personnel, especially dispatchers, in many cases need improvement. The importance of its solution is due to the specifics of their production activity. Based on the system analysis, the following two main features were identified. 1 - the production activity of dispatchers is characterized by a significant list of tasks that differ in the nature of the work performed. This causes the need to frequently switch the type of their activity. This mode of work leads to significant mental and physiological stress on their body. 2 – high responsibility for the decisions made, since the reliability of the work of the specified production area depends on their adequacy. This leads to a high level of psychological stress, especially in extreme and emergency situations. Therefore, the task of ensuring proper working conditions, which are regulated by normative legal acts, is complemented by the need to develop measures to ensure the requirements of workplace ergonomics, an effective «work-rest» regime. At the same time, for example, when improving microclimatic conditions, it is necessary to ensure optimal parameter values, and in the case ofimproving the system of artificial production lighting, it is necessary to take into account not only quantitative, but also qualitative characteristics of light sources. Therefore, the production environment should be organized with the implementation of not only the regulated provisions of regulatory and legal acts. Such engineering solutions must take into account the requirements of ergonomics and other organizational and technical solutions aimed at ensuring the comfort of the production environment. Based on this, the solution of the problem under consideration requires a complex system approach. The implementation of this approach in the premises of dispatching services of railway transport is planned using the developed adaptive system for managing the parameters of the production environment. The algorithm structure of the corresponding software is described. The developed methodology for creating an adaptive management system is universal.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
