Abstract
L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és la realització de la urbanització del Pla Parcial del Sector 1 (Puntanueta II) de les NN.SS. de Zumaia, que inclou el pont sobre el riu Narrondo, d’uns 70 metres de longitud, en les proximitats del Restaurant Iriondo, que connecta la nova urbanització amb la carretera CN 634 i que es convertirà en una nova senyal d’identitat urbana de la localitat de Zumaia. \nL'àmbit objecte del present projecte se situa en el municipi de Zumaia, al Sud‐Oest del casc antic a 1.100 metres aproximadament de la vora d'aquest, entre l'empresa Ayra Durex i el ferrocarril d'Eusko Trenbideak, a continuació del Sector 2. Pel límit oriental de la parcel∙la, s’ha construït la nova carretera variant de Zumaia. El sòl delimitat pel Pla Parcial té una superfície de 35.490 m2, segons l’amidament reflectit als documents de les NN.SS. de Planejament de Zumaia.
