Une mesure de l'implantation terminologique du domaine des médias sociaux dans l'usage du français au Québec

Abstract
L'avènement des médias sociaux représente un phénomène récent et d'une ampleur sans précédent à l'échelle planétaire. Du point de vue de la terminologie, cette langue spécialisée semble également évoluer à un rythme rapide. Ce mémoire porte sur la mesure de l'implantation des termes officiels recommandés par les instances gouvernementales canadienne et québécoise dans le cadre d'une activité d'aménagement terminologique. Cette étude, centrée sur une approche terminométrique, a été effectuée à partir de corpus synchroniques et diachroniques. Nous montrons comment l'analyse diachronique a permis de relever plusieurs constats complémentaires et enrichissants notamment sur le plan de l'évolution de l'implantation des termes privilégiés dans l'usage.
