Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera para una\nmicroempresa de miel de aguamiel en el municipio de Senguio, Michoacán, a través de la\nmetodología de formulación y evaluación de proyectos de inversión. El estudio de mercado es\nviable, pues existe demanda potencial nacional e internacional y la producción que se ofrece\nactualmente, no puede satisfacer la demanda, debido a que existe poca competencia en\nMéxico. El precio propuesto por kilogramo de miel de aguamiel es 140 pesos. La\ncomercialización está asegurada, debido al compromiso generado por la comercializadora\nCrispyChurro, ubicada en Ontario, Canadá. El tamafto del proyecto se determinó de acuerdo a\npronósticos de ventas, estimado en una producción de 18 t para el primer afto. Los resultados\nindicaron unaTIRde 20.36% y unaTIRdel empresario de 20.43%, con un sobrante de 764 mil\npesos. LaRB/C fue 1.85.
