Abstract
Tämä opinnäytetyö käsitteli uuden taloushallinnon ohjelmiston käyttöönottoa ja siihen liittyviä toimenpiteitä henkilöstövuokrausyrityksen näkökulmasta. Työ oli kehittämishanke ja se toteutettiin toimeksiantona Suomen Kotilääkäripalvelu Oy:lle. Työn tavoitteena oli kuvata tarkasti, mitä uuden taloushallinnon ohjelmiston käyttöönottoprosessi vaati ja miten prosessin toteuttamisessa onnistuttiin. Lisäksi tarkoituksena oli pohtia, mitä olisi voinut tehdä toisin ja miten nykyisiä toimintatapoja voisi vielä kehittää entistä tehokkaammiksi. \n \nOpinnäytetyö toteutettiin syventymällä toimeksiantajayritykseen sekä sen toimialaan eli henkilöstövuokraukseen. Lisäksi syvennyttiin taloushallintoon sekä siihen, miten uusi ohjelmisto tulisi ottaa käyttöön oikeaoppisesti. Kirja- ja verkkolähteiden lisäksi työtä varten haastateltiin Suomen Kotilääkäripalvelun toimitusjohtajaa sekä talouspäällikköä. \n \nUuden ohjelmiston käyttöönotto oli hyvin ajankohtaista yritykselle. Uudeksi ohjelmistoksi valittiin Procountor ja käyttöönotossa edettiin oikeaoppista prosessikuvausta mukaillen. Käyttöönottoprosessi oli monivaiheinen eikä haasteilta vältytty. Uuden ohjelmiston käyttöönotto ei ollut myöskään riskitöntä, mutta uusi ohjelmisto saatiin otettua käyttöön suunnitellun aikataulun mukaisesti. Rahallista kustannushyötyä ei saatu, mutta vanhoja prosesseja saatiin uudistettua ja turhia työvaiheita onnistuttiin karsimaan pois. Taloushallinto kehittyi entistä tehokkaammaksi ja automaattisemmaksi uuden ohjelmiston myötä. Johtopäätöksenä voitiin todeta, että Suomen Kotilääkäripalvelu onnistui uuden taloushallinnon ohjelmiston käyttöönotossa.
