Abstract
Dolgozatomban bemutatom az autóipari ellátási láncra jellemző és ható elveket. Az elméleti áttekintésben a JIT elvet és a vevőszolgálatra vonatkozó szakirodalmat dolgozom fel. A dolgozat vizsgálatának helye a szolnoki telephelyű Eagle Ottawa Hungary Kft., mely autóipari bőrüléshuzatokat gyárt prémium kategóriás autómárkákba. A cég múltja és tevékenysége mellett a logisztikai feladatokat mutatom be, kiemelve a vevőszolgálati feladatokat és azok összefüggéseit az egyéb logisztikai területekkel (termeléstervezés, beszerzés, új programok bevezetése). A vevőszolgálati folyamatok elemzésekor a vevői megrendelések kezelését részletesen taglalom. A varrodáktól (TIER2) származó megrendeléseket az autógyárak (OEM) megrendeléseivel vetem össze. A vevőszolgálat munkáját és az egész vállalat folyamatait megkönnyítő javaslatokat teszek az esettanulmány és SWOT analízis alapján.
