El presente trabajo estudia la aplicación de los contratos G2G para el desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura en el Perú buscando entender y describir su operatividad, principales aportes, naturaleza jurídica y marco legal aplicable. De igual forma, se explican los contratos G2G suscritos por el gobierno peruano a la fecha de la presente y; por último, se realiza una comparación de los casos en los que se deberían aplicar estos modelos de contratación, comparándolos con otros mecanismos de desarrollo de infraestructura empleados por el Estado peruano. La investigación estudia cómo se han desarrollado los contratos G2G en el país. La metodología se basó en la revisión de literatura relacionada al tema, así como diferentes documentos emitidos por entidades públicas y privadas, además de cada uno de los contratos G2G obtenidos mediante el procedimiento de transparencia y acceso a la información pública. Asimismo, se estudió la normativa legal aplicable para el uso de los contratos G2G, participamos en cursos y seminarios relacionados a la investigación y; por último, se realizaron entrevistas a profesionales con experiencia en la materia.
