Abstract
An Act respecting the Militia, that is to say : " And in Upper certain cities " Canada every City, and also every Town withdrawn from and towns in " the jurisdiction of the Council of the County within which deemed part of " the same is situate, shall, in like manner for the purposes of Counties." this Act, be held to be in the County in which the same is " situate."3.
