Este estudo analisa a viabilidade econômica e financeira para implantação de uma casa noturna em Porto Alegre. Foi elaborada pesquisa de mercado para definir o perfil dos consumidores, bem como orçamentos para a definição de preço dos equipamentos, materiais e locação do imóvel. Em posse desses dados foi possível efetuar planejamentos financeiros, projeção dos fluxos de caixa, calcular o payback, o ponto de equilíbrio, o valor presente líquido e projetar a demonstração do resultado do exercício. Após a análise desses dados pode-se concluir se é viável a abertura do empreendimento na cidade.
