Abstract
Les cartes présentées dans ce document ont été élaborées par l’Observatoire OTERAUD dans la foulée d’un mandat qui lui a été attribué par le ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’habitation (MAMH). Ce mandat consiste à accompagner les MRC qui le souhaitent dans la mise en place d’un système de monitorage, comme prévu dans la nouvelle Loi sur l’aménagement et l’urbanisme (LAU). L’Observatoire OTERAUD est membre du Réseau National des Observatoires. Ce réseau constitué de cinq observatoires couvre l’ensemble des MRC du Québec, hors des communautés métropolitaines[1]. Ainsi, dans le présent document l’indice de défavorisation matérielle et social est présenté pour chacune des MRC, hors de la CMQ, comprise dans les trois régions couvertes par l’OTERAUD soit : la Capitale Nationale, la Côte-Nord et le Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean.
