Abstract
El presente trabajo expone una iniciativa empresarial a cuatro (4) años para un nuevo establecimiento tipo café con el nombre “La estación del café”, el cual tiene como objetivo brindar toda una experiencia al cliente alrededor de este producto nacional, a través de diferentes presentaciones y de interacción con sus procesos de transformación. Así, se buscó ver la factibilidad del proyecto mediante una planeación estratégica basada en análisis del mercado, administrativo, legal, económico y financiero, los cuales se muestran a continuación. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que la iniciativa cuenta con un escenario propicio para la inversión financiera que se debe realizar y que es rentable llevarlo a cabo. De esta manera, se puede concluir que La Estación del Café cuenta con una buena favorabilidad en el mercado con el nuevo establecimiento, la cual le permitirá lograr una buena penetración en este y cumplir los objetivos de expansión a mediano plazo, mostrando buena rentabilidad y educando a la comunidad caleña sobre las características y procesos del café.
