Abstract
Le présent essai explore les styles d’attachement des enseignants au préscolaire et au primaire en rapport avec leur influence quant aux liens d’attachement qu’ils créent avec leurs élèves. L’un des objectifs principaux est de sensibiliser les enseignants face à l’impact qu’engendre leur style d’attachement dans leur capacité à construire ces liens. Le second objectif est de les outiller pour favoriser l’attachement dans leur milieu professionnel. L’orientation choisie pour atteindre ces buts fut la création d’un livre. Celui-ci a été conçu pour répondre aux besoins des enseignants, ayant différents styles d’attachement, désirant créer des liens sécurisants avec leurs élèves.
