Abstract
El presente Proyecto Profesional, titulado “CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA CARRETERA PUENTE PAJA BLANCA - NUEVO PROGRESOCHALLUATE“, Km. 00+000 - Km. 09+531, se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Sanagorán, Provincia Sánchez Carrión, Región La Libertad, el punto de inicio es en la zona denominada Puente Paja Blanca y termina en el centro poblado Challuate. El trazo se ha realizado en su mayor longitud basándose en la existencia de un camino de herradura, cumpliendo con las normas de diseño vigentes. El trabajo se inició con reconocimiento de la zona y la recopilación de información existente en el lugar. Posteriormente se procedió a realizar el diseño y los estudios correspondientes a cada una de las áreas correspondientes: Se diseñó una carretera, con las características siguientes: “Y Longitud: 9 531 Km. “Y Velocidad Directriz: 20Km/h. “Y Pendiente Media: 3.21 %. “Y Radio Mínimo Normal: 12m. “Y Ancho de calzada: 3.50m. “Y Mediante el diseño del pavimento se determinó un espesor de afirmado de 30cm. Según el estudio de suelos realizado de las 1 O calicatas, se determinó que el suelo más representativo en todo el tramo es el que pertenece a la calicata No 06 (Km 04+860), se trata de un suelo A-7-6, (CL) clasificación AASHTTO, del cual se obtuvo un C.B.R (3.80%). Haciendo el estudio de la cantera se determinó que se trata de un suelo de tipo A-1-a (GP), y un CBR (59%), con lo cual es adecuado para ser usado como material de afirmado. Para el sistema de drenaje superficial se realizó el diseño de 45 aliviaderos, 04 alcantarillas, 01 Badén, además de 14515.74 m. de cunetas. En cuanto a la señalización se consideró: 09 señales informativas, 03 señales reglamentarias, 63 señales preventivas y 11 hitos kilométricos. El Valor referencial al mes de Noviembre del 2013, asciende a CUATRO MILLONES SETECIENTOS NOVENTA Y OCHO MIL DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO 08/100 NUEVOS SOLES (S/.4, 798,234. 08). El Proyecto tiene un costo por km de S/.503,487.312 nuevos soles. El Proyecto está programado para ser ejecutado en 1 O meses (300 días calendarios).
