Abstract
Contribution à l'éradication des problèmes liés à la polygamie au Canada, au Cameroun et en Côte-d'Ivoire: essai féministe de théorie interdisciplinaire critique des différentes politiques de gouvernance par Dongmo Kahou Paulette Flore Faculté de droit Thèse présentée à la Faculté de droit en vue de l'obtention du grade de docteure en droit (LL.D.) Avril 2017 © Dongmo Kahou Paulette Flore, 2017 le cadre juridique mis en place par le droit positif du Canada, du Cameroun et de la Côted'Ivoire, ainsi qu'en droit international.Elle met également en lumière les différents problèmes que la polygamie cause aux femmes et aux enfants d'un point de vue féministe.Enfin, elle permet de constater que si des initiatives sont prises par les États objet de notre étude pour lutter contre ce phénomène, beaucoup reste encore à faire pour protéger les femmes et les enfants des maux causés par la polygamie.
