Abstract
David’s Tea – крупная канадская чайная сеть, успешно функционирующая на рынках Канады и США. В связи с успешными показателями деятельности компании на рынках Северной Америки руководство рассматривает возможность географической экспансии в новые страны, в частности, в Россию. На текущий момент данная инициатива находится на этапе оценки возможностей компании и привлекательности российского рынка. Цель этой работы – разработать рекомендации по выбору стратегии выхода компании David’s Tea на российский рынок. В ходе работы был проведен анализ компании, ее основных аспектов деятельности и текущих показателей, изучен российский рынок и проанализирована чайная отрасль для определения существующих конкурентных сил. На основе проведенного анализа были даны практические рекомендации компании David's Tea, касающиеся формы выхода, целевой аудитории, а также необходимых направлений маркетинговой деятельности. В соответствии с разработанной стратегией подготовлен инвестиционный план и рассчитан срок окупаемости проекта.
