Ce mémoire porte sur l’intégration des microréseaux électrique et plus largement des nouvelles technologies électriques décentralisées au Québec. Elle prend comme point de départ la réalisation du microréseau électrique de la Ville de Lac-Mégantic. À partir de ce cas unique, mais également en nous référant à de rares autres projets de microréseau électrique avorté, évoqué ou réalisé dans la province, nous réalisons une montée en généralité pour dégager les impacts de cette nouvelle infrastructure énergétique sur le secteur électrique québécois. Les données de cette recherche proviennent principalement d’une analyse de revue de presse et de plusieurs entretiens semi-dirigés. Comme nous le verrons, ces technologies ont de vrais potentiels de transformer le secteur électrique québécois, mais ne devraient pas le faire de manière radicale, le monopole d’Hydro-Québec et le recours à l’hydroélectricité étant appelée à maintenir leur place centrale dans l’approvisionnement électrique de la province. _____________________________________________________________________________ MOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : microréseau électrique, nouvelles technologies électriques décentralisées, transition sociotechnique, transition énergétique.
