Ce travail consiste à évaluer la société Marcel Bonvin & Fils SA selon deux points de vue très précis. Le premier concerne l’interaction qu’elle a avec son environnement externe, mais aussi et surtout l’efficacité de ce qu’elle a récemment mis en place au sein de son environnement interne lorsqu’elle a décidé d’intégrer le concept d’ « entreprise libérée » comme nouvelle stratégie managériale. Cette évaluation sera faite à travers une enquête qualitative dont les résultats seront comparés à un état de l’art précédemment rédigé traitant du sujet. Le second point de vue consiste à évaluer le degré d’acceptation de ce changement organisationnel auprès d’un panel de 13 membres de la société, appartenant à différent groupe de travail (direction, responsable de secteurs, collaborateurs), à l’aide de la théorie des phases de préoccupations liées aux changements, écrite par Madame Céline Bareil, professeure à l’HEC de Montréal. Ce diagnostic se fera également par le biais d’une enquête qualitative.
