Abstract
This booklet emerges from a participatory project with trans human rights defenders in Colombia, focusing on collective mental health and community-based care strategies. Trans activists shared practices from their own communities, emphasizing the importance of context-specific tools and the need for approaches that interweave individual well-being, collective support, and socio-political resistance.
