Du 10 septembre au 21 décembre 2001, nous avons eu pour tâche, à titre d'étudiante stagiaire à la Direction des \npolitiques culturelles et de la propriété intellectuelle du ministère de la Culture et des Communications du Québec \n(DPCPI, MCCQ), de collaborer à la seconde phase de l'évaluation des ententes de développement culturel entre les municipalités et le Ministère. Plus précisément, nous avons assisté la responsable de l'évaluation, Mme Anne Gauthier, dans toutes les étapes nécessaires à la \ncueillette des données qualitatives pertinentes à l'évaluation du cadre de ces ententes, tel que négocié en \n1994 - 1995 par l'Union des municipalités du Québec (UMQ) \net le MCCQ. Le présent document fait état de l'ensemble du travail réalisé au cours de notre mandat au MCCQ. Une première partie porte sur le processus d'évaluation. Une seconde partie rend compte des résultats de l'enquête. Elle présente les réponses aux questions d'évaluation et les constats qui peuvent être tirés de l'analyse des données recueillies.
